Wynn Las Vegas

Wynn Las Vegas

After spending a night at the luxurious suite at the Palazzo, it was hard to say goodbye. Alas, good things must come to an end. Before checking out, I logged 10 numbing miles on the fitness center’s treadmill, instead of running outdoors in 90F weather. Dry heat or not, it’s still too hot.

I used my Chase Ultimate Rewards points for our 2 nights at the Wynn resort right across from the Palazzo. Without any status at this hotel, I knew not to expect too much. I needed to stand in line with everyone else at check in, and didn’t hold my breath for an upgrade, which I didn’t get. However, staff were equally as courteous as those at the Palazzo.

Wynn fitness center is much bigger than that of the Palazzo

I’d been wanting to try out Wynn after our last trip to Vegas in 2019, and had been most excited about this hotel than any other. It’s a wonderful resort, but Palazzo ended up overshadowing it. Just goes to show that whether or not you have hotel status, your overall experience will be somewhat impacted.
