After two months of gallivanting with friends & family, and chasing hotel status, we are finally back to our routine.

Routine entails running for me, and BJJ for Joe.

Also back on the menu is our oatmeal cleanse. Two months of overindulgence is the epitome of too-much-of-a-good-thing. Before heading out to NYC to catch our transpacific flight (story for another day) in three weeks, we’ll be sticking to a more austere diet to get ready for another round of good eats in Asia. And to kick things off is our in-flight meal on EVA.



You’re pricking our mutual conscience here….our travels are just beginning to impact the waistlines!

I’m thinking of incorporating exercise routines into our longer trips to counter the indulgences. Easier to nip it in the bud.
